Workshop: Open Education Resources (OER) Textbooks Online
Have you heard of Open Educational Resources (OER), but aren’t sure what they are or how they can be found and used? Then this webinar is for you. After the event, you will be able to define OER and some reasons why instructors should consider adopting them for courses they teach. You will also be able to identify some repositories to locate OER that are relevant for your discipline, and you will have an understanding of the licenses OER have for re-use and re-mixing. Lastly, you will learn about an opportunity to receive a small professional development stipend for completing a review of an OER.
